Our aim is to provide a person centred service for disabled adults with learning difficulties and anxieties. We strive to develop decision making and choice through using their preferred method of communication. We enable them to enhance life skills and confidence, whilst promoting self-esteem and pride to achieve higher levels of social skills with their peers and in the community. This inclusive and diverse approach, we hope will lead to a happier and fuller life.

We continually evolve to both enhance and widen our skills so that we may offer each client the highest quality of provision. We offer the clients equal opportunities, inclusion and ensure all human rights are observed and adhered to, whilst putting safeguards in place to ensure everyone's safety.

We are passionate in supporting each individual to encourage their communication skills and ensure that their voices are heard when making personal decisions surrounding their care. We spend time in the local community and introduce them to new experiences and life skills that they can share with their friends.

We promote a 'healthy body, healthy mind philosophy' and achieve this through various sensory and physical activities. Each day is different and tailored to a group of clients' needs adhering to their individual care plans, sensory needs and communications goals.

We promise to help fulfil our client's happiness, wellbeing and confidence, to maintain their independence for a rich and varied life.
