H & H Care

H & H Care was set up in 2020 by Hannah Bartlett and Hannah Patel, two friends and colleagues in the care industry.

 

Their idea was to support adults with learning disabilities and anxieties to help them access the community and regain their confidence, communication and social skills after the COVID 19 lockdowns.

 

They recognised that more support was needed within the local community to offer these adults a means of fulfilling their objectives and goals to live a happy, purposeful life, ensure their voices are heard and give them a platform to make independent choices.
