H & H Care
Stepping into adulthood with you
Hi, I'm Hannah Bartlett
I started working within the care profession 18 years ago at Portfield School. I eventually became an Assistant Residential House Manager for a unit housing teenagers. I then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant at Uplands Special Needs School in Swindon where I completed my NVQ3 in Caring for Children & Young Adults.
Upon returning to Dorset, I became a 1-1 teaching assistant at Montacute School in Poole. I worked within Post 16 classes, taking the students out into the community teaching life & social skills enabling them to transition into adulthood. I have also provided respite & shared care from the home for a number of students. After taking a 6 year break to start a family, I returned to the care profession to provide respite for a former Montacute student.

Hi I'm Hannah Patel
Over the last 20 years I have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of care sectors within my community, including hospitals & residential homes. The last 5 years have included working with young adults with varying degrees of autism & learning difficulties. I have enjoyed getting to know each individual and their interests while introducing each young adult to new activities.
I am a fully qualified Swedish & Hot Stone massage Therapist & reflexologist with over 10 years experience. One of my ongoing aspirations is to introduce our clients to new sensory experiences which I believe will aid in their wellbeing. In addition I am keen to share a variety of personal interests including, countryside walks, wildlife, horticulture, crafts and musical activities.
